When we’re open,
and when to ring first

The kitchen keeps the same hours every day. The bar and café stay open later three days a week, and that part depends on the weather and on what else is on at the clubhouse.

The later session depends on the weather

Wednesday, Friday and Saturday the bar and café aim to stay open to 5:30pm. On a fine day with golf on, we will be here. If it is raining we will most likely close at 2pm with the kitchen. Ring first if you are making the trip for the afternoon.

A private event can close the café to the public

The clubhouse hosts weddings and functions, and when one is on the bar and café are usually closed to everyone else. It is worth a phone call before you come, and certainly before you plan a group visit. Sometimes there is still room on the deck even with an event inside, so it is always worth asking rather than assuming.

The quick answers

Do you have to be a golf club member to eat at the café?
No. Harrington Waters Clubhouse Café is open to the public and everyone is welcome. You do not need to be a member of the golf club, and you don’t need to play golf. Locals, visitors, families and community groups are all welcome to walk in, sit down and order at the bar.
What time does the café open?
The kitchen is open seven days a week, 8:30am to 2pm: breakfast 8:30 to 11:30am, then light meals and lunch 11:30am to 2pm. On Wednesday, Friday and Saturday the bar and café stay open until 5:30pm for bar snacks, coffee, cake and drinks, weather permitting. Friday Happy Hour runs 4 to 5:30pm. Closed Christmas Day. A private event at the clubhouse usually closes the café to the public, so ring (02) 6556 0409 to check before you come.
Where is Harrington Waters Clubhouse Café?
The café is inside the clubhouse at Harrington Waters Golf Club, 41 Josephine Boulevard, Harrington NSW 2427, on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales in the Manning Valley. There is parking on site at the clubhouse.
Can I get breakfast in Harrington?
Yes. Breakfast is served at the Clubhouse Café every day from 8:30 to 11:30am, with bacon and egg rolls, scrambled eggs and bacon with toast, toasted banana bread, raisin toast, toasties and croissants, alongside coffee, tea and orange juice.
Is the café good for children?
Yes. Children are very welcome, there is a menu for them, and the clubhouse is easy going with a pram. Families make up a good part of who comes up here, so nobody minds a bit of noise.
Is the café dog friendly?
Yes. Dogs are welcome in the outdoor seating on the deck, and there are fresh water bowls available for them.
